Sunday Soul Dance is a wonderful chance to create a sacred dance space in your own home, on the beach...or wherever you are!

You get to dance Your Dance in the privacy of your own home all the while supported energetically by the other dancers in the 'room'. Connecting with others if you choose, resting if you choose...expressing all that needs to be expressed in that moment!

A lovely way to set up your sacred dance space could be to light a candle, burn incense or essential oils, have art materials ready if you wish to explore your creativity during the dance...and a journal for insight and reflections from your Dance.
