Pranadance and Gong Sound Bath at Mana Retreat

Please join us for Open Floor Dance and a Gong Sound Bath (for the final 15 mins)  Because of Alert Level 2 we require bookings for the dance/sound bath in advance. We also require a minimum number of dancers to proceed with the class so please RSVP as soon as possible!  Conditions of attendance are:

• RSVP is ESSENTIAL - 22 DANCING SPOTS are available at Mana Retreat.  You must book your place AND have confirmation from us before turning up to class. See below for details.
• Wear a mask into the the building/Octagon and as you leave.  You may choose to continue wearing your mask for dancing, it is advisable however not essential.
• 2m spacing while dancing
• Refrain from hugging in class. Although many people are now happy to hug, in order to support people who are not, please keep our hugs outside, off the dance floor. This way no-one is under any pressure, has cause for worry, or in a position to 'forget' to avoid hugging.
• Sanitize or wash hands (20sec) on the way in and the way out.
• Cough and sneeze etiquette.
• Sign the Contact Tracing Register.

These guidelines will change as necessary as the weeks unfold.
